The Gibson- Pool/Gym/Parking, Walk to Broadway

Positive: This property exceeded our expectations 😊 lovely space, very clean and friendly staff

Fun decor and well staffed! Beautiful pool and patio area. The train was a little loud at first but we became accustomed to it and it was even cool to be so close to the tracks! Things took a little longer to walk to than anticipated bc of having to go around the block to go under the train track tunnel. Scooters were almost always available outside the front door. It was kind of sad to continually have to walk amongst the Nashville’s homeless population on the way to restaurants and entertainment. The transient population was super friendly — I never felt unsafe.

The unit was very attractive and clean. Communication with the host was first rate. Parking? A bit confusing and challenging, but all good. All the keyless locks are a bit challenging, until you place them in the order you're going to use.Please note: the neighborhood is sketchy and felt a bit uncomfortable walking around. Lots of homeless.

We loved the cleanliness, well-stocked and secured property. We appreciated the parking garage that was available at no extra cost! We expected the trains, although didn’t expect just how busy those tracks are…we had no issues with them and slept with no issues. The complex is very close to the Rescue Mission so expect homeless people. They did not approach us in any way on hour walk to and from Broadway. The location is great for getting in your car for daytime shopping or adventures with quick access to the interstate.
